Bubble Girl

I have a bubble, well, according to my kids I do.

See, we were on a walk 2 nights ago and it was cold (it snowed yesterday). Cici was feeling chilly so she moved close to me to "stay warm". I asked if I had a warm bubble around me that she was using, apparently I do!

According to Cici, everyone has a bubble that is temperature controlled by a switch behind their head. We get said bubbles when we turn 3. Bubbles can bounce off each other but mama's bubbles are big enough to house up to 20 people and keep them nice and warm. This bubble of mine can be entered into at any point and stretches as more people enter. I guess if your bubble is not working you move into you mama's bubble to stay warm, or cool for that matter, in summer it is air conditioned.

Paul asked if the mama bubble starts to malfunction around 50... that wasn't very funny.

The other night in bed, I thought Paul stole my bubble, I was freezing, then he gave it back to me in the night and cranked the heat! But, Cici informed me that your bubble can't be stolen, I had accidently hit the switch to cool and then must have bumped it back to warm later that night. Oh.

I have had my kids close in my bubble for a few days. On walks especially they hop right in, then about 5 min later, Cici announces that my bubble is working and she is warm.

I don't really understand all the science behind my bubble, but I am glad that it works for my kids... and 17 others who might want to hop in too!
